Processing & delivery

Orders are typically prepared within 2–3 business days. Most orders should be expected to arrive within approximately 2–3 weeks from purchase, including typical processing time. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date; destination, carrier, customs, weather, holidays and fulfillment source can affect timing.

Fulfillment transparency

Aura René works with independent fulfillment partners. Items from one order can occasionally be fulfilled separately, so packages may arrive on different days and tracking updates may appear at different times.

International orders

International shipping is currently enabled to selected destinations at a standard rate of $20 USD. Import duties, taxes, VAT or other destination-country charges can apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent with your shipping confirmation. Carrier systems can take time to show the first scan after a label is created.

Holiday & time-sensitive orders

We recommend ordering early. Carrier volume, customs, weather and fulfillment conditions can extend normal estimates, so delivery by a particular holiday is not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service is explicitly offered at checkout.
