Shipping Policy — Aura René

At Aura René, we want shipping expectations to be clear before you order. Below you’ll find our current shipping rates, processing times, estimated delivery window, and other important information.

The shipping methods, prices, and availability shown at checkout are the final authority for your specific order and destination.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Standard Shipping: $5.50 for U.S. orders under $35
• Free Standard Shipping: U.S. orders of $35 or more
• Estimated Arrival: Most orders should arrive within approximately 2–3 weeks from purchase, including typical processing time

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and fulfillment partner.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available to selected destinations supported at checkout.

• Standard International Shipping: $20.00 USD
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and fulfillment partner
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other destination-country charges

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any import duties, taxes, or customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Available destinations and shipping rates may change. Checkout will always display the current shipping options available for your address.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically prepared within 2–3 business days
• You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information when tracking becomes available
• Carrier tracking systems may take additional time to display the first scan after a shipping label is created

Split Shipments

Aura René works with independent fulfillment partners.

Because of this, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If your order is split into multiple packages, they may arrive on different days and may have separate tracking information.

Holiday & Time-Sensitive Orders

We recommend ordering early for holidays, birthdays, and other time-sensitive occasions.

Carrier volume, customs processing, weather, and fulfillment conditions can extend normal delivery estimates. For this reason, Aura René does not guarantee delivery by a specific holiday or date unless a guaranteed delivery service is explicitly offered at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our current Refund Policy.

Refunds are processed according to the terms of that policy after the returned merchandise has been received and reviewed when applicable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email contact.aurarene@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can help resolve the issue.
