  • Flat Rate: $5.50 for all orders under $50
  • Free Shipping: Orders of $50 or more
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

International Shipping

  • Flat Rate: $22.00 for all orders
  • Estimated delivery time varies by location (typically 7–21 business days)
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Aura René is not responsible for these charges — they are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Processing

  • Please allow 1–2 business days to process your order.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

For guaranteed delivery before major holidays, place your order at least 2–3 weeks before the date.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for unused items in original condition.
  • Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
