Return Policy — Aura René

We want you to love every piece you receive from us. If something isn’t right, our return process is quick and straightforward.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To qualify:

  • Item must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact.aurarene@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship returns to:

  3. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label with step-by-step instructions.

Items sent back without prior approval may not be processed.


Holiday Return Extension

During the holiday season, returns are extended to 30 days + 14 extra days to accommodate gifts.


Damages & Order Issues

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 48 hours so we can make it right.


Items We Can’t Accept for Return

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Personal care products (ear care kits, etc.)
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about an item’s eligibility, reach out before sending it back.


Exchanges

Need a different style or size?

  • Gifts: We’ll happily exchange for equal value.
  • Other items: Return the original, then place a new order for faster processing.

EU Orders — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank/credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
