Welcome to Aura René.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms together with any policies referenced within them.

Please read them carefully before using the Services.

1. About Aura René

Aura René operates an online retail store offering jewelry and related products.

Our ecommerce storefront and checkout are powered by Shopify.

Aura René may work with independent manufacturers, suppliers, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, application providers, and other service providers to operate the store and fulfill customer orders.

2. Eligibility & Online Store Terms

By using the Services, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

You may not use our Services or products:

• For unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• To violate applicable laws or regulations
• To infringe the rights of Aura René or another person
• To interfere with the operation or security of the store

We may restrict or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to protect Aura René, our customers, our service providers, or the integrity of the store.

3. Products & Product Information

We aim to describe our products accurately and clearly.

However:

• Colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing variations, and your device display
• Measurements may have minor variations
• Natural, handmade, plated, enamel, stone, or similar materials may have normal variations between pieces
• Product availability may change without notice
• Packaging may vary from product images unless specifically stated otherwise

Material information and product specifications may be based on information supplied by manufacturers, suppliers, or fulfillment partners.

Not every Aura René product is made from sterling silver. Customers should review the material information provided on the individual product page before purchasing.

We reserve the right to correct inaccurate product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other information when an error is identified.

4. Prices, Payments & Taxes

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store or during checkout.

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be displayed or calculated where applicable.

Payments are processed through Shopify and supported payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Aura René does not need to directly store your complete payment card information to process an order.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily guarantee that the order will be accepted or fulfilled.

We may cancel, limit, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including situations involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Inventory or fulfillment problems
• Shipping restrictions
• Technical errors
• Unusually large or suspicious quantities
• Violations of these Terms

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued according to the original payment method where applicable.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Aura René is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

Aura René works with independent fulfillment partners and shipping carriers.

As a result:

• Processing and delivery times may vary by product
• Items from the same order may occasionally ship separately
• Multiple packages may have different tracking information or delivery dates
• Fulfillment locations may vary

Current shipping rates, destinations, processing information, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery service is expressly offered.

Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms.

7. International Orders

Aura René may offer shipping to selected international destinations.

International customers may be responsible for:

• Import duties
• Customs charges
• VAT
• Local taxes
• Brokerage or processing fees

unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Availability and shipping options depend on the destination entered at checkout.

Customers are responsible for complying with import requirements applicable in their destination country.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our current Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should contact Aura René before returning merchandise and follow the return instructions provided for their specific order.

Because Aura René uses independent fulfillment partners, return destinations may vary.

Do not send a return to an address found on packaging, a shipping label, or another part of the website unless Aura René specifically instructs you to use that location.

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

9. Aura Gives

Aura René operates a charitable-giving initiative known as Aura Gives.

Under the current program, Aura René funds an amount equal to 10% of all purchases for participating charitable causes.

When the feature is available, customers may be able to select a participating nonprofit or cause associated with their eligible purchase.

Important program terms include:

• The contribution is funded by Aura René and is not an additional charge to the customer
• Participating causes and nonprofit organizations may change over time
• Availability of particular organizations is not guaranteed
• The giving program may be administered through a third-party charitable-giving provider
• Customers do not receive a charitable tax deduction from Aura René merely by purchasing a product
• A customer's nonprofit selection does not create a direct contractual relationship between the customer and that nonprofit
• Returned, canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions may be excluded or adjusted in accordance with the giving platform's operation

Aura René may modify, pause, or discontinue the Aura Gives program in the future, but changes will not alter contributions that have already been validly completed through the program.

10. Promotions, Discounts & Offers

Aura René may offer:

• Discount codes
• Free-shipping promotions
• Multi-item offers
• Seasonal promotions
• Gifts with purchase
• Limited-time offers

Unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be combined when Shopify checkout does not permit combination
• Discounts have no cash value
• Promotional eligibility may depend on products, collections, quantities, dates, or order value
• Promotional terms may change or expire
• Returns may affect whether an order continues to satisfy a promotional requirement

If a promotion has specific terms displayed on the store, those terms apply to that promotion.

We reserve the right to correct or cancel promotions affected by obvious technical, pricing, or configuration errors.

11. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account access.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account to the extent permitted by law.

Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Account functionality may be provided by Shopify or another service provider.

12. Reviews, Feedback & User Content

You may have opportunities to submit reviews, photographs, feedback, comments, or other content.

You retain ownership of content you create.

By voluntarily submitting content to Aura René through a feature intended for public display or promotional use, you grant Aura René a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, format, and share that content for reasonable store, marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Aura René.

You represent that content you submit:

• Is truthful to the best of your knowledge
• Does not violate another person's rights
• Does not contain unlawful or malicious material

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Aura René name, branding, website design, written content, graphics, logos, and other original store materials are owned by or licensed to Aura René.

You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, scrape, copy, or create derivative works from protected store content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-party product names, trademarks, images, applications, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Services may use or link to third-party platforms and services, including:

• Shopify
• Payment providers
• Shipping carriers
• Fulfillment providers
• Review applications
• Analytics services
• Marketing platforms
• Charitable-giving services

Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Aura René is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or independent practices of third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Aura René, Shopify, and other service providers as described in that policy.

16. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally, information on the store may contain:

• Typographical errors
• Incorrect prices
• Incorrect product information
• Incorrect shipping information
• Inventory errors
• Promotion configuration errors

We may correct these errors and update information when discovered.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will take reasonable steps to contact the affected customer when appropriate.

We may modify or discontinue store features when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from every security vulnerability.

Nothing in this section limits warranties, guarantees, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aura René will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

21. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Services or your material violation of these Terms.

This provision does not apply to losses caused by Aura René or otherwise prohibited from allocation under applicable law.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permitted or severed as necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

23. No Waiver

If Aura René does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in:

• Store operations
• Products or services
• Technology
• Legal requirements
• Shopify functionality
• Aura Gives
• Other business practices

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.

Material changes may be communicated through additional means when required by law.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in a customer's jurisdiction require otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a customer of protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our:

• Shipping Policy
• Return & Refund Policy
• Aura Gives information
• Any specific promotional terms presented at the time of purchase

constitute the applicable agreement between you and Aura René concerning your use of the Services.
